Document AKS as a 0.17-only path, bump the AWS/GCP Helm floor to 0.16.14, and add Workload Identity plus temporary-disk node-pool examples so Azure operators can follow the same install sequence. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
