Langfuse uses "observation" as its terminology, not "span". Updated all user-facing text across changelog, FAQ, v4 docs, and blog. Kept "span" only in OpenTelemetry technical terms (OTEL span exporter) and HTML tags. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
