Add DNS configuration and ClickHouse database settings, update documentation for ClickHouse password issues.

• Configuration:
  • Add dnsConfig to web/deployment.yaml and worker/deployment.yaml for DNS settings.
  • Add clickhouse.database value in values.yaml and _helpers.tpl for specifying ClickHouse database.
• Documentation:
  • Update TROUBLESHOOTING.md to include more problematic characters for ClickHouse passwords and add a new error message example.
• Misc:
  • Update values.yaml to include comments for new dnsConfig and clickhouse.database settings.
