Various improvements. Plasticity: Prefactors for plasticity have been cleaned up: No longer needed to specify use_mises_q = true/false, just set the q_prefac directly. Sampling: Lx, Ly and Ly are now set directly from vdb sampling OpenMP: Now using nowaits and schedule
