Removed dead links, consolidated commands to make them easier to read. Made some changes regarding verbage. Combined the dependencies and installation txt files into the readme. Included the license and version on the bottom of the file.

Consolidated the installation and dependencies text files into the ReadMe for better understandability. Also made changes to flow of installation commands and expanded on some of the processes. Removed dead links and unnecessary areas.
