I guess so, the tagging tests push this ever closer to a full texlive install rather than the minimal installs we use for the core LaTeX repos, this is just another step in that direction.... |

fwiw, this should only be needed temporarily. when Memoize gets updated, nothing outside tex live should be required. but maybe that just pushes it further towards a full tex live install. |
