Add user-facing documentation under docs/: installation, configuration (config file + CONBA_ env reference), full command reference, container-label reference, and task guides (getting started, database dumps, restore, retention and filtering). Slim the README into an overview plus a quick start that links into docs/, removing the deep sections now covered there.
