New branch fri-1.13

Good evening everyone,

We are currently working on the control of a kuka iiwa 14 and we are using sunrise 1.13.
I've extracted the **FRI-Client-SDK_Cpp.zip** file and am ready to share it in a new branch to the community. 
Is it possible to create this branch **fri-1.13** ?
