This PR adds a fallback handler in lbry/crypto/hash.py to catch the error when 'ripemd160' is unsupported by the local OpenSSL implementation.
It prevents crashes on startup in environments where ripemd160 isn't available and provides a helpful troubleshooting guide in README.md.
