Once you have installed OER Studio, here are some of the configurations you should make to ensure your site has a good UX:

Configure SMTP
Upload your own Logo/icon
Create the user menu
Create the main menu
Fix the issue with the left-sidebar
Add terms to the "Subjects" taxonomy
Add terms to the "Organization" taxonomy
Add your own registration codes (or configure how you want registration to work)
Add H5P libraries

Note: Most of these configurations will be pulled in automatically in future releases of Studio.
