The Go source-build minimum and the CI toolchain move to 1.26.6, pinned in the release tuple with an equality rule across every workflow and go.mod, and asserted after every setup-go step. golang.org/x/text stays at v0.41.0. rc-proven green on the full rehearsal (run 32982713877). Details in CHANGELOG.md.
