Hatchling now emits core metadata v2.5; the pinned v1.14.0 action's bundled checker rejects it before upload. v1.14.2 carries Twine v7, which uploads metadata 2.5 to PyPI. Fixes the failed packages/sdk-py/v1.4.0 publish (nothing was uploaded; the version is unused).
