We recently migrated from
poetrytouvand at the time to keep things simple I tried to change as little as possible, since there were so many references/occurrences. Now I wanted to clean up some of the dependency stuff since I've become more familiar.In particular, "uv uses the
[dependency-groups]table (as defined in PEP 735) for declaration of development dependencies." This PR will convert the--extra(optional dependency) "dev" into theuvstandard--devflag.
