Update to IntelliJ 2025.2

This PR updates IntelliJ to 2025.2

Also refines README.md and slightly reduces output during build.

I did not add a CHANGELOG.md 😅

I found it through the market place. Thank you for it. Worked better than another one.

I liked that it focuses on rewriting the code and not doing a commit by itself (in comparison to https://github.com/joutvhu/intellij-format)

I included it in our project at JabRef/jabref#13909; in case a contributor fails to format, they get a message in their PR (by using gh pr comment).
