Major bump to

  • Python 3.12
  • Pandas > 2
  • TensorFlow 2.16.2 with Keras > 3

NumPy remains on <2.0.0 for compatibility reasons with TensorFlow, pmdarima (Time Series) and gensim (NLP).

No need to distinguish M1 anymore: no tensorflow-macos anymore.

No need to also allow tensorflow-cpu for WSL / Linux.

Remove redundant jupyter extension check.

Not checking some non essential packages.
