breaking api changes:

• to defer start add defer prop instead of using :start=false
• to change colours use bg, fg, fga and fgb props for colours of background, foreground, before and after elements, respectively
• to control intensity use intense and subtle prop switches
• to control step count use complex and simple switches

additional features:

• use sync prop to synchronise glitching with another component (pass other's id)
• proper codebase, still spaghetti but better

This release isn't as bootlegged as the last one, it's lost somewhere in the liminal space between actually legible code and winning an obfuscation contest

I probably will leave this as it is for now, I may come back to it later but it is a level of functional I'm willing to accept for the time being
