Register efibootmgr and its dependency efivar-libs in the Alpine 3.16 package mirror. This makes efibootmgr available for EVE packages that need to manipulate EFI NVRAM boot entries. Signed-off-by: Mikhail Malyshev <mike.malyshev@gmail.com>
