Allow for a generic onAdd function to be called before a URL is added to the sitemap.
Follows on from the style of ignore, and supercedes it by allowing the url to be ignored or modified.
Using this to simply convert a run against localhost to my hosted site. Useful for static exports on the likes of Netlify.
Not precious with the naming.
