👍 I also needed to add this feature. Any plans on merging this? If you want to keep the same interface for non-CASAVA reads, it shouldn't be difficult to work around it so it returns only (name, seq, qual) for non-CASAVA reads. Thanks @lh3 and @vsbuffalo ! |
