upgrade to the unreleased Filament 4.x branch of filamentphp/filament repository which is the library currently used at an actual release 3. We need composer.json maybe updated for the 4.x branch of filamentphp/filament package

Purpose

Upgrade the project's Filament-related dependencies to their latest development versions to leverage new features, improvements, and potential bug fixes.

Description

This pull request updates the core Filament packages and their related dependencies to their latest development versions. The changes include:

  • Updating Filament core package to version 4.0 development branch
  • Updating Filament Shield to version 4.0 development branch
  • Updating Filament Spatie Roles Permissions to version 4.0 development branch

These updates will ensure compatibility with the latest Filament ecosystem and provide access to new features and improvements in the development version of the packages.
