[ln882h] Add Lightning LN882H support

This PR adds basic support for Lightning Ln882x chips.

Here is the state of implementation / supported features :

• Binary file mgmt :
  • Generation of complete flash binary file from elf (with boot and other partitions) : Supported
  • Generation of OTA binary file from elf (XZ compressed ota) : Supported
  • Filetype detection: not supported
• Flash tools :
  • Not implemented now, these tools need reverse engeneering of Lightning windows flashing tools, and it's a big work.

NB: This is based on Linghting Ln882h sdk tools and I don't know about compatibility with other chips of the family (eg.ln8825), maybe this code is only compatible with ln882h chips.
