I added a trendy line in the 4 knights (4. h3 ECO C47) that seems to have been first popularized by Anish Giri https://www.chessgames.com/perl/chess.pl?pid=107252&playercomp=white&eco=C46, he had 3 games in 2014 scoring 2.5/3 with this variation and I think this is when the variation took off. Also IM Miodrag Perunovic acknowledges this idea started getting popularity with Giri as shown in thie video.
I also added a gambit line in ECO B10 popularized by FM Dinic, this is one of the most notable games in this line [https://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessgame?gid=2363206] [https://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessgame?gid=2363206]. He has 5 games in this line, probably the most by a high level player in classical chess, and many other sources like here also acknowledge this name.
