Tweak Readme
Ruff check added to actions
Add isort to ruff
Fix ruff issues
fixed missed init.py
fixed relatives import paths to path from root

Still to do:

healthcheck server do not indicate if bot is not working
no happy path e2e test
no unit tests

In future:

do not store cycle handler in main.py (don't fix it, but don't do it futher)
re-read readme and docs.
make sure all pipelines working and linters are fully integrated in code
