In rare cases the directory needs to be truncated within the meta kernel to comply with SPICE standards. This was actually written incorrectly and so would fail if this happened. This small bugfix ensures that the paths should be correct...!

This new version includes a "test mode" for lkspacecraft. The package now ships with truncated versions of the SPICE kernels for Kepler and TESS which are used purely for testing the functionality without having to download 1Gb of data in every test. This means that CI can be run fast.
