Grasshopper Settings
If there's a 3DM file sharing the same name as the gh file being opened, it will be automatically loaded into Rhino. If that 3DM file is already open, no further action will be taken. However, if another 3DM file is open, you'll have the choice to either remain on the current file or to save and close it, then open the file with the matching name.
Exposes the GH_Skin settings as GUI controls. These settings directly changes values in grasshopper_gui.xml
Shortcuts for menu functions can be set under Interface -> Shortcuts
