Pass the workflow token to the
test-installjob.install.shnow resolveslatestthrough the releases API (#60), and anonymous API calls from shared hosted-runner IPs 403 on rate limits. Consumers are unaffected —action.ymlalready passesinputs.github_tokenby default.
