Yeah, it's weird because it doesn't seem related to the changes I made. I'll merge it and we can potentially take a closer look at CI later. |

Previously, enabling the
webfeature causedwasmerto be built as acdylibtarget. However, this conditional selection of crate type is no longer supported, so the manifest was changed to always produce acdylibbinary.
