docs: Readme updates

Description

• Reordered some sections.
• Removed the Quickstart section, as it duplicates part of the website's structure, which is already prominently featured in the Readme and repository details.
• Added the "Presented by" section, similar to the one on the main page of the website.

Types of changes

• Bugfix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
• Documentation update
• Examples update

Checklist
