Updated Linkerd 2.17’s maximum supported Kubernetes version from 1.31 to 1.32.

I will try to verify that these versions are correct. In the meantime, the edge-2 doc needs to be updated too: /linkerd.io/content/2-edge/reference/k8s-versions.md

Update: It does look like the max version that was tested for 2.17 was 1.32.

noting that CI is failing due to DCO check. you can address that by amending these commits with --signoff, @GTRekter.

I was looking at this a bit more, and I'm not sure this is entirely accurate. Looking at the release notes for edge-24.11.5, it says "we now test Linkerd on Kubernetes 1.31".

Errr my previous approval was too quick, thinking a bit more we need to understand what it takes to update the maximum Kubernetes version for an older release. @GTRekter, did you actually go back and run tests against 2.17 or the like?
