@copilot check the failed tests and fix them

Fixed the alphabetical ordering issue in the Meetups/User Groups section. The test was failing because "Maakaf" was listed before "JavaScript Israel" and "KaggleIL". Reordered the entries alphabetically (DataTalks, JavaScript Israel, KaggleIL, Maakaf, Open Source Hack Nights, Pull Request Community, PyWebIL). All tests now pass. (commit a511d28 fixed)
