Adds a skipped-by-default Cirrus release-assist task for Gitian release verification.
This does not replace independent maintainer Gitian builds. Builders still run Gitian locally, sign their own assertions, and publish to
gitian.sigs.ltc. The pipeline verifies the published signatures, counts matching builders, and uploads an audit report with agreed checksums andgverifylogs.Manual trigger inputs are provided through Cirrus env vars:
