• Switch to a single build system (Meson)

  Right now Chocolate Doom supports CMake and GNU autotools. Neither of those are very zen. Let's switch to using Meson and Ninja exclusively. No more `CMakeLists.txt`, no more `configure.ac`, no more `Makefile`.
