Shell.efi from EDK2 requires this protocol to be existed. Otherwise it crashes. So we implemented a minimum set of UEFI HII Database Protocol to let the Shell.efi to run. Signed-off-by: Ying-Chun Liu (PaulLiu) <[email protected]>
