This PR changes how Emojibase data is fetched:
emojiVersioninto account, fetching the specified version if it's set instead of alwayslatestemojibaseUrlprop allows replacing jsDelivr with another CDN, or setting a specific pinned version, or pointing to self-hostedemojibase-datafiles.
