Add run-level fields needed by the frontend simulation dashboard:
- agent_name: the agent name used for the simulation
- scenario_group: embedded ScenarioGroup with id + label
- ended_at: timestamp when the run reached a terminal state
- job_count: number of simulation jobs in the run

Also add scenario_count to ScenarioGroup to avoid loading all
scenarios just to count them.
