I don't think it is safe to upgrade to Python 3.14 as multiple places assume and hardcode 3.12.

@elevran vllm does not support python 3.14:

Even if it does, considering the significant changes introduced in python 3.14 (free threading), we need to study how it affects our cgo bindings. Not sure it is worth it given that it will be dropped soon
