This should fix an issue where the rocprim in rocm 7.2 static_asserts that you are using the right warp size. We previously chose at runtime but now only compile in the size used by RAJA via its config option RAJA_HIP_WAVESIZE.
Also remove unused defs in HEXRECT
Fix warp size used in hip grid scan
