NOTE: I could not get sphinx to do what I wanted with cross-references in the index.rst file. It only took one of the cross-references and claimed the others were undefined. |

@kennyweiss , @gunney1 - not sure how we want to handle updating the quest docs since there were multiple parts and we're all assigned. For now, this PR just includes some new material on shaping. |

This PR resolves #1364 and enhances the Sphinx documentation for Quest.
