Addresses #32

Laghos doesn't use adaptive mesh refinement so convergence to the exact solution is a function of timestep size and initial mesh resolution. Running benchmarks out to a reasonable tfinal for large simulations (i.e. 1/4 of El Cap) in order to have good convergence to the exact solution is unreasonable in order to get a good FOM.
