[Calyx] `CalyxEmitter` does not generate the `toplevel` attribute

Calyx emitter does not respect the calyx.entrypoint attribute on the containing module when emitting a Calyx program.

It seems like the way to get the toplevel attribute is by also adding that information to the component when generating it.
