Add support to generate bitcode from an inlined LLVM IR in the YAML file - yaml2obj

Adding a support in yaml2obj to convert an inlined LLVM IR that is embedded in the YAML file automatically to bitcode could improve the way we use object files when testing. Something similar to how DWARF inside ELF does.
