According to your location, the air quality and visibility info may be inaccurate or not available.
Add flags to enable / disable them.
As these widgets are not displayed when using the smaller DISP_BW_V1 panel, there's no need to try to re-use their space for something else so far., but it may be a first step towards more flexibility for widgets as discussed in #199
Disabling air quality also permits to do only one call to the OWM API.
