Update patch to resolve #886

Hi @tonypaulbarker just checked the action log and looks like the newer patch doesn't apply, I think that ticket for redirect needs to be re-rolled against the latest version of redirect.

@millnut @finnlewis I looked at a patch for the contrib issue but there are many differences from the last one and confirmed on the issue no patch ready yet. Shall we pin the version for now?

Fixes the install and keeps things stable while the redirect issue / patches get tested and fixed.
