Fix import paths

Problem

There are two issues when importing this library into a nimble project.

1. The project contains two different .nimble files
2. protobuf.nim uses an incompatible relative import that breaks when importing form another project.

Solution

This PR fixes both these issues so that it can be correctly imported.

1. Deletes reliability.nimble

• It appears that sds.nimble is the most up to date version

2. Cleans up imports
