Summary
Document the standard Web APIs available to Custom JWT and Action scripts across Logto Cloud and self-hosted Logto.
Add Web Crypto SHA-256 and HMAC-SHA-256 examples, and clarify that package imports and Node.js-specific APIs are not part of the portable script contract.
