Horadric Eye v1.0.0

First public release of Horadric Eye — a multibox launcher for Diablo II Resurrected on Windows.

Installation

  1. Download HoradricEye-Setup-1.0.0.exe below
  2. Run the installer (UAC prompt will appear — admin rights required)
  3. Launch from the Start Menu or desktop shortcut

Requirements: Windows 10/11 (64-bit).
WebView2 Runtime required — pre-installed on Windows 11, download here for Windows 10.
The installer is self-contained — no separate .NET runtime installation required.

What's included

  • Multi-account management — store Battle.net (password or token) and Steam accounts with on-device DPAPI encryption
  • One-click launch with --instanceN multibox slot support
  • Automatic mutex bypass — kills the DiabloII_R mutex between launches so multiple instances run simultaneously
  • Window management — per-account position, size, and borderless mode; re-applied on startup
  • Layouts — save named multi-account window layouts; launch all accounts in a layout with one click
  • Battle.net token capture — built-in login flow reads the auth token from the game process automatically
  • Steam support — launch via steam://rungameid/2536520; no Battle.net credentials needed
  • Playtime stats — live session timer and cumulative playtime per account
  • Runeword reference — searchable, filterable table of all D2R runewords, built in

Notes

  • handle64.exe (Sysinternals) is downloaded automatically on first launch for mutex bypass
  • All data stored locally in %APPDATA%\HoradricEye\ — credentials are DPAPI-encrypted, nothing leaves your machine
