Code Review

This pull request correctly upgrades the Facebook Graph API version from v22.0 to v23.0. The changes are applied consistently across the TypeScript source, the compiled JavaScript, and the type declaration files. I have one suggestion regarding the manual update of the API_BASE_URL in the .d.ts file to improve long-term maintainability. Otherwise, the changes look good.

Comment on lines +1 to +2
export declare const API_VERSION = "v23.0";
export declare const API_BASE_URL = "https://graph.facebook.com/v23.0/";

While this change is correct, having to manually update the version in API_BASE_URL is a maintenance risk. In src/actions/facebook/lib/api.ts, API_BASE_URL is correctly derived from API_VERSION, which is a good practice to prevent inconsistencies. It appears this declaration file might be manually maintained. To improve maintainability and prevent future errors, it would be ideal if the build process could automatically keep API_BASE_URL in sync with API_VERSION here.
