- Acceptance and Binding Nature of Agreement
By using, accessing, or interacting with the err-simplifier software (“the Software”) in any manner, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement, regardless of whether you have read or fully understood these terms. This License Agreement serves as a binding contract, terms of service, and terms of use. You will be held responsible for compliance with this Agreement, even if you are unaware of its contents.
- Grant of License
