This feature adds the ability to mount an existing library of audio in the docker container, and add audio files from that library, rather than uploading files. When adding files from the library, they are symlinked, rather than copied. YMMV on Windows. The feature is configured by setting the (new) env LIBRARY_DIR. The "Youtube & Audio files" configuration page is modified to include a new drop-down tree select component allowing you to navigate the library.

The main use case (for me, at least) is running its-mytabs in a container on a TrueNAS box that's also serving my audio tracks.
Please review carefully -- this patch "works for me", but I'm not a web developer.
