Mostly whitespace changes and adding missing language identifiers to code blocks. I only tweaked the content of one sentence (so that it made sense). Inspired by the OpenTitan markdown usage and style guide: https://github.com/lowRISC/opentitan/blob/master/doc/contributing/style_guides/markdown_usage_style.md
Trying to make the content itself clearer and add details about targets.
